Hoyme 0241- 5A Relay Adapter Control

This relay adaptor may be used as an automatic switch having a 24VAC coil and 120VAC points to control a line voltage circuit for a 5 amp draw such as a control for ventilation or a 10 amp draw such as a 120V ventilation fan. This Adaptor can also be used 100% for 24VAC switching (see Hoyme ADP-1101). Use relay adaptor 0241-(5A) for switching 24VAC dampers and/or thermostat circuits and use relay adaptor 0241-(10A) for 120VAC fan control. A typical application for the 100% 24VAC switching is to interconnect the 24VAC adaptor to an exhaust fan relay . When the relays are activated, the fresh air inlet damper will open simultaneously with the circulating fan of the furnace thus allowing fresh air to enter while the exhaust fan is on. Adaptors are CSA certified in both the United States and Canada.
