They feature all-metal housing and medical-grade HEPA filter with a metal cap and eco-safe water-soluble AFM bonding, organic cotton pre-filter, sealed motor and improved seals of the filter chambers. They also feature 360° air intake, variable speed control and improved sealing of the filters and motor (no glue, bonding agents or rubber) and offers exceptional particle filtration. The AirMedic+ MCS is subjected to an independent DOP (Di-Octyl Phthalate) Test which tests for any possible HEPA filter leakage. A dense, sub-micronic (1 micron = 1/1,000,000 meter) cloud of particulate is condensed to form 0.3 micron particles, and then introduced, straight into the membrane of the HEPA filter. Only air purifiers of the highest integrity and design, pass this test.


An added feature that is shared by all AllerAir MCS air purification systems is the test kit that allows each MCS sufferer to customize their unit with up to five different blends of activated carbon, to best suit their unique sensitivities.
