Features Include:
1. Install in-line as part of standard round duct.
2. Durable, patented HOYME 'spring motor drive' with nylon bearings
3. From 4" to 10" dia.- 24 gauge galvanized steel; from 12" to 18" dia.- 22 gauge galvanized steel.
4. Series HAC dampers can be spring returned with Power Open, Power Closed or powered both open and closed with relays, a switch and continuous 24VAC supply
5. TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Options Include:
1. Adapts to a two Furnace System.
2. Interface Relay Adaptors permit connection to Line Voltage controls.
3. Dampers can be made with or for BELIMO actuators.

This damper is used extensively for the new ventilation code which requires a designated exhaust fan with switch, a centrally located switch marked 'VENTILATION' and a fresh air intake damper, all interconnected to the furnace circulation fan. These Dampers may be purchased in kit form and referred to in a brochure 'MAKE-UP-AIR KIT' FOR HOUSES.
Please Note: The "HAC" series damper depends
upon a "HOM" series damper to provide a relay to connect to the power source.
The "HAC w/ relay" is a stand alone unit with it's own relay to connect to the power source.

Hoyme 'HAC' w/relay Make UP Air Damper (With Relay)
The Series 'HAC' w/relay is a stand alone unit with it's own built in relay.This damper controls the ammount of hot or cold air being allowed into your home. During hot summer months the hot air is kept outside, so the air conditioner doesn't have to work as hard and during cold winter months the cold air is only allowed in when the furnace is operating. Therefore the furnace doesn't have to work as hard.
